Family Law Solicitor

 Title: Qualified Family Law Solicitor – Family Court Guide

Role Overview:

As a qualified family law solicitor, you will use your legal knowledge and expertise to assist clients throughout their family law cases. Your role will include advising clients on legal procedures, making applications, preparing statements and evidence, representing them in court, helping them understand their rights and options and other related clients facing work.

Experienced Family Court McKenzie Friend

Title: Experienced McKenzie Friend – Family Court Guide

Role Overview:

As a McKenzie Friend with experience in family court proceedings, you will assist individuals representing themselves in court. You will help clients organise and present their cases, providing emotional support, and helping them understand the legal process.

 

 

Experienced Investigator

Title: Experienced Investigator – Family Court Guide

Role Overview:

If you have a background in investigation, this role allows you to use your skills to help Family Court clients present their cases effectively. You will assist in collecting and analysing evidence, examining the opposing party’s evidence, and ensuring that clients assigned to you have all the necessary information both collated and effectively presented for their case.

Paralegal – Family Law

Title: Experience as a Family Law Paralegal in private practice

Role Over View: 

This role will involve working directly with clients and our internal team to prepare robust, well-organised, and compliant case materials for private family law matters. You will play a key role in helping parents navigate the complexities of the Family Court system with professionalism and care.
