We are looking for experienced professionals who are passionate about supporting individuals through the Family Court process. If you have experience in family law, as a McKenzie Friend, or as an investigator, we would love to hear from you.

Family Law Solicitor

  • Provide legal advice on family law issues, including divorce, custody, and financial settlements
  • Represent clients in family court hearings, where applicable
  • Offer guidance and support during all stages of the family court process
  • Qualified family law solicitor

As a qualified family law solicitor, you will use your legal knowledge and expertise to assist clients throughout their family law cases. Your role will include advising clients on legal procedures, making applications, preparing statements and evidence, representing them in court, and helping them understand their rights and options.

Experienced Family Court McKenzie Friend

  • Assist clients in preparing their family court cases
  • Provide emotional and practical support during court hearings
  • Help clients understand legal terms and procedures
  • Experience as a McKenzie Friend in family court
  • Strong understanding of the family law system
  • Ability to communicate effectively with self-representing individuals

As a McKenzie Friend with experience in family court proceedings, you will assist individuals representing themselves in court. You will help clients organise and present their cases, providing emotional support, and helping them understand the legal process.

Experienced Investigator

  • Help clients gather evidence to support their case in family court
  • Investigate the opposing party's claims and evidence
  • Organise and present evidence clearly and effectively
  • Experience as an investigator, preferably with a background in legal investigation

If you have a background in investigation, this role allows you to use your skills to help Family Court clients present their cases effectively. You will assist in collecting and analysing evidence, examining the opposing party's evidence, and ensuring that clients assigned to you have all the necessary information both collated and effectively presented for their case.

Paralegal — Family Law

  • Location: Remote (UK-based)
  • Part-time or full-time, flexible hours to suit client needs
  • Freelance hourly rates apply
  • Experience as a Family Law Paralegal in private practice

This role will involve working directly with clients and our internal team to prepare robust, well-organised, and compliant case materials for private family law matters. You will play a key role in helping parents navigate the complexities of the Family Court system with professionalism and care.
